Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the services. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

2. Description of Service

PROISET SOLUTIONS provides a platform for purchasing an automated trading bot and participating in value distribution cycles. Our service is a technology product.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to, violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any illegal or unauthorized use of our services.

5. Payments

We offer a bot for sale on our platform. All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. All sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PROISET SOLUTIONS and its licensors.

7. Balance Categories

The balance displayed in your account is divided into two categories: "Available" and "Allocated".

• Available Balance: Represents accumulated profits from distribution cycles and referral commissions. This balance is fully withdrawable or can be reinvested to increase your working capital.
• Allocated Balance: Represents your active invested capital used for algorithmic trading operations. While primarily serving as working capital, it is partially withdrawable under the conditions specified in our withdrawal policy.

8. Withdrawal Policy

Users can request withdrawals from both balance types, subject to different fees and eligibility requirements:

Note: All withdrawals require a verified KYC status and are processed via PayPal or Bank Transfer as per the user's configuration.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PROISET SOLUTIONS, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
